For anyone to become a good leader the first quality that he/she should have in the leadership qualities list must be the ability to make sound or rational decisions at all times. This basically means that the leader to be must be able to think clearly without being influenced by any external factor. All leaders who fail to make sound decisions are eventually gotten rid of after it has been proved that they are incapable of handling tasks which involve decision making. The last quality that is usually at the top of the leadership qualities list is dedication. There’s nowhere a leader can go without dedication. There’s nothing a leader can do without being dedicated and even if some of the other qualities in the leadership qualities list aren’t there this one must always be there so that we can everyone can be sure that when you say yes, you really mean yes and not no.
